- In Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz 1, with free parking on the avenue. About ten minutes by taxi from the metro on Sheikh Zayed Road.
- The showroom is on the ground floor with step-free access; the workshop is up one flight of stairs.
- Closed on Sundays and UAE public holidays, including Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

Quick answers
When will my Field One ship?
Batch one (reservations paid by 30 September 2026) ships from February 2027. Reservations made now join batch two: March 2027 in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, April in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. You get a firm date by email a month before.
Can I return it if I don’t get on with it?
Yes. UAE law protects you if a camera is faulty, not if you simply change your mind, but we give everyone 30 days from delivery anyway, with free return collection across the GCC.
Can I try a Field One before I reserve?
Yes, at the showroom in Al Quoz, Monday to Saturday. We’ll also bring cameras to events in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha this season; dates go out in the build update email.
