What happens after you reserve
No charge until you’ve paid the deposit, and nothing more until your camera is ready.

Within one working day: payment link
We email a secure link to pay the AED 500 deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your place is held for 48 hours.

When the deposit is paid: your place in the queue
You get an order number and an estimated shipping month. The price is fixed from this moment.

Monthly: build updates
A short email from the workshop with photos, test results and any change to dates. No marketing in between.

One month before: your shipping date
We confirm the week your camera ships and check your address. Still time to switch to the Kit or cancel.

When it’s packed: balance and delivery
We charge the balance and send it by tracked courier: one to two working days in the UAE, three to five elsewhere in the GCC.

From delivery: thirty days to decide
Use it properly. If it isn’t for you, send it back with our free label for a full refund.
Reserve your place
Tell us where to ship and which edition you’d like. We’ll email a secure payment link for the AED 500 deposit within one working day. Nothing is charged until you use it.
Pre-order questions
When will my Field One ship?
Batch one (reservations paid by 30 September 2026) ships from February 2027. Reservations made now join batch two: March 2027 in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, April in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. You get a firm date by email a month before.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
AED 500. It’s refundable in full, for any reason, at any time before your camera ships. Email us and it’s back on your card within five working days.
When do I pay the rest?
When your camera is packed and ready to leave the workshop. We email you a week before, so there are no surprises on your statement.
Will the price change before I pay the balance?
No. The price shown when you pay your deposit is the price you pay, even if the retail price goes up later.
Can I change from Field One to the Kit?
Yes, any time before the shipping email. Reply to your confirmation and we’ll adjust the balance.
