Repairs and servicing
Every Field One is repaired where it was built, by the people who built it. Usually back with you in five to seven working days.
Built to be opened
There’s no glue inside a Field One. The sensor board, the shutter, the rangefinder and the top plate are held with standard screws, so we can replace one part without throwing away the rest.
We keep parts for at least ten years after the last camera is sold. If something fails under the two-year warranty, the repair and shipping both ways are free. After that, every repair has a fixed price, quoted before we start.

Free collection
We arrange a free courier collection in the UAE, or a prepaid, insured label elsewhere in the GCC. Keep the battery in, card out.

We check the camera, confirm the price if it’s out of warranty and wait for your OK.

Back to you
Repaired, recalibrated, tested and sent back with a note of what we did.

Fixed prices including parts, labour, 5% VAT and return delivery anywhere in the GCC.

Repair questions
Can I drop my camera off in Dubai?
Yes. Bring it to Warehouse 47 in Alserkal Avenue, Monday to Saturday. Small jobs like a sensor clean are often done while you have a coffee on the avenue.
Do you lend a camera while mine is away?
For warranty repairs that take longer than seven working days, yes, anywhere in the UAE.
What if repair costs more than the camera is worth?
It won’t: the most expensive repair is under a fifth of the camera’s price, because every part can be replaced on its own.
