I brought in a ring I’d bought elsewhere for a clean. They checked every claw and found one that was worn, and fixed it that week.
Care questions
Do I need an appointment for a clean?
Not for Aurelle pieces: ring the bell any time we’re open, Saturday to Thursday 11:00–20:00 and Friday from 16:00. For repairs and valuations, please book so Anouk or Priya is in the salon.
Do you repair jewellery you didn’t make?
Yes, most fine jewellery in gold and platinum. We’ll tell you honestly if a piece isn’t worth repairing, or if it needs a specialist.
Is my piece insured while it’s with you?
Yes, fully, from the moment we log it until you collect it.
How often should I have a ring checked?
Once a year for a ring worn every day, or straight away if a stone moves or a claw catches.
