These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Aurelle Fine Jewellery LLC, Dubai mainland trade licence no. 000000, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (demo), TRN 100321946100003 (demo), Villa 14, Jumeirah Beach Road, Jumeirah 1, Dubai.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Appointments are free and can be changed or cancelled at any time by email or phone. For made-to-order and bespoke pieces, your 50% deposit is refundable until you approve the wax model or the stone is set; after that it covers the stone and work already done. Pieces made to your size, design or engraving can’t be returned for a change of mind.

Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams, include 5% VAT and are a guide. Gold and stone prices move, so the price of a made-to-order or bespoke piece is fixed in writing when you pay your deposit, and we never add charges you have not agreed to.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

Standard-size Fil d’or pieces can be returned unworn, in their box, within 14 days of collection or delivery for a full refund. Pieces made to your size, design or engraving are personalised and can’t be returned for a change of mind; we confirm this in writing before you order. This does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law if a piece is faulty or not as described.

We guarantee our workmanship for the life of each piece we make: if a setting or solder we made fails through a fault of ours, we repair it free. Normal wear, accidental damage and loss are not covered. Every piece we make includes free cleaning and setting checks for life.

Every gold piece we make is tested and hallmarked at Dubai Central Laboratory to the UAE national standard before you collect it. Gold prices in Dubai move daily; once your deposit is paid, your price is fixed and does not change with the market.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
