Common problems
My first run didn’t create any incidents. Is it working?
Probably. Incidents only appear when something fails or drifts. Open the Runs tab to check Tessel saw the run, or trigger a test incident from Settings.
Tessel can’t see some of my models.
Check that the warehouse role has usage on every schema your models write to. The connection page lists any schema it couldn’t read.
Fix pull requests aren’t opening.
Make sure the GitHub App is installed on the repository and that fix pull requests are switched on for the project. Starter workspaces don’t include them.
How do I reset a learned freshness pattern?
Open the table, choose Freshness, then Relearn. Tessel uses simple rules until it has 14 days of new history.
Still stuck?
Email support@tessel.dev or book time with a customer engineer. Real people, usually within a few hours.
