About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Tessel Data FZ-LLC, a Dubai Internet City free zone company, licence no. 94127 (demo); TRN 100394127000003 (demo), Office 304, Building 14, Dubai Internet City, Dubai.

Using this website

• You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
• Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
• We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from workspace settings and stay active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be cancelled before renewal; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Free Starter workspaces can be closed at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT, which is added to every invoice. Monthly plans are billed in advance by card; annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
