Straighten your teeth with clear aligners you can take out to eat. See your expected result before you commit.
What it involves
Dr James Holt plans every case himself. A 3D scan shows your teeth now and a preview of where they will move, so you can decide with the result in front of you. Most adults wear aligners for six to twelve months, swapping to a new set every week or two.
Afterwards you wear a retainer at night to keep your teeth in place. Retainers are included in the price.

Do aligners hurt?
You’ll feel pressure for a day or two with each new set. Most people say it’s more odd than painful.
How many hours a day?
Twenty to twenty-two. Take them out to eat and drink anything but water.
