Paying for treatment
When do I pay?
Check-ups and hygiene on the day. For longer courses of treatment, a deposit when you book and the rest at your final appointment.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. We bill most major UAE insurers directly, so you pay only your co-pay on the day. If your plan isn’t on our direct-billing list, we give you an itemised invoice to claim back.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes, treatment over AED 2,000 can be paid over 3, 6 or 12 months interest-free. See our finance page.
