Quick answers
Electric or manual toothbrush?
Either works if you brush for two minutes twice a day. Most people find an electric brush makes that easier.
Should I rinse after brushing?
No. Spit out the toothpaste but don’t rinse, so the fluoride keeps working.
Is mouthwash necessary?
Not for most people. If you use one, use it at a different time from brushing.
