• We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website and in our quotations are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT and delivery unless stated. Quotations are valid for 60 days. Orders are supplied under our conditions of sale, which we send with every quotation, and nothing is supplied or charged until you accept a written quotation.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
