Work here
We hire slowly, pay properly and go home at six. Right now we’re looking for two people.
What it’s like
Twelve of us work round one table in a converted warehouse on Alserkal Avenue in Al Quoz. It’s loud, in the good way: music on, work on the wall, and someone always asking what you think.
Everyone presents their own work to clients, from the first month. Nobody works weekends. If a launch needs a late night, the studio takes the next morning off, and Fridays finish at one.
We’re small on purpose, so we hire slowly and keep people. Five of the twelve have been here more than five years, and two of our designers started as interns.
Open roles
Applications close on 30 November 2026. Send a PDF or link with three to five projects and a few lines about why.
What you get
- 30 days’ annual leave plus UAE public holidays, and the studio closes for both Eids
- Fridays finish at 1pm, and shorter days in Ramadan
- AED 5,000 a year each for courses, books and conferences
- 16 weeks’ parental leave on full pay
- UAE employment visa and health insurance for you and your family
- A return flight home every year, plus end-of-service gratuity
- A paid week every year to work on your own thing
The internship
Every year two people join us for twelve weeks, from September to November. It’s paid at AED 8,000 a month, you work on real client projects from week one, and you present your own work at the end.
You don’t need a degree. You need a portfolio, even a small one, that shows how you think. Applications for 2027 open on 1 April and close on 31 May; we reply to everyone by the end of June.

It’s the first studio I’ve worked at where leaving at six is normal, and the work is better for it.

Hiring questions
Do you hire freelancers?
Yes, mostly designers, illustrators, camera crew and retouchers. Email jobs@loudhours.ae with your work and day rate, and we’ll keep you on our list.
Can I work remotely?
We work four days a week in the studio and one from wherever you like. The table is the point of us, so fully remote roles are rare.
Can you sponsor a visa?
Yes. For full-time roles we sponsor your UAE employment visa and Emirates ID and cover the costs. For the internship you’ll need your own UAE residence visa, for example through your family or your university.
Not the right role?
Send us your work anyway. We read everything that arrives at jobs@loudhours.ae.
