These terms cover your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is run by Sprout Club Science L.L.C., Dubai trade licence no. 000000 (demo number), approved by KHDA as an after-school activity provider, permit no. 000000 (demo number), The Lab House, Villa 14, 23A Street, Mirdif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • You may use the site for your own information and to contact or book with us.
  • Please don’t copy our text, photos or design for commercial use without asking.
  • We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation.

After-school sessions cancelled by 12:00 on the day are moved to another day in the same term at no cost; later cancellations are charged in full. Holiday camp places are refundable up to 14 days before the camp, then credited towards another camp. Party deposits of AED 500 are refundable up to 14 days before the party. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a free replacement session, whichever you prefer.

All prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT, except school workshops, which are invoiced to the school with 5% VAT added. Our TRN is 100855000000003 (demo). Quotes are valid for 30 days, and we never add charges you have not agreed to.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the content of other websites we link to.

Sprout Club Science L.L.C. holds a Dubai trade licence (no. 000000, demo number) and is approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) as an after-school activity provider (permit no. 000000, demo number). A place is confirmed once you have completed the registration form, including emergency contacts and any medical information, and paid. We cannot accept a child into a session without a completed form.

We expect children to be kind and follow the safety rules. If a child’s behaviour puts others at risk, we will talk to you and agree a plan; in rare cases we may ask you to collect early. Children must be collected by 17:00 (15:00 at camp) unless late pick-up or late club is booked. Late collection without booking is charged at AED 50 per 15 minutes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute about them.

We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first, and nothing here stops you from complaining to the consumer protection authorities.
