Careers

Senior people, small teams, interesting problems, and evenings that stay yours.

Kestrel colleagues talking around a table in the Dubai studio

Working at Kestrel

You’ll work in a team of four to nine people on one client at a time, usually for six to eighteen months. Teams pick their own tools within reason, release at least every fortnight and share on-call fairly.

Every salary band is published inside the company and on every job advert. Everyone gets the same profit share percentage, from graduates to the founders. We work 40 hours a week, with shorter days in Ramadan, and we notice when someone is working more.

From our people

  • Salary bands are published and the pairing culture is real. I’ve learnt more in two years here than in the five before.

Priya N., Senior Engineer, DubaiGlassdoor review, May 2026

  • Small teams, grown-up clients and no heroics. On-call is shared fairly and evenings stay mine.

Youssef F., Platform Engineer, Abu DhabiGlassdoor review, August 2026

  • Moving from Dubai to Riyadh for a year was one conversation with my lead. They paid for the move.
