Client money
Money we hold for you is kept in a separate client account with a UAE bank, never mixed with the firm’s own money. We pay interest on client money in line with our interest policy, which is in our terms of business.
We will never email you to say our bank details have changed. Always call us on +971 4 555 0381 to confirm our details before sending money.
Money laundering and identity checks
As a regulated firm we must verify the identity of new clients and, in some matters, the source of funds, under the UAE anti-money laundering law (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018) and the DFSA’s rules. We do this with a secure online check that takes about five minutes, using your passport and Emirates ID or other photo ID.
