Attestations, renewals, amendments and labour paperwork from AED 450 per transaction, or a monthly PRO package from AED 1,250.
What we handle
A PRO, or public relations officer, takes your files to the government departments a company deals with: the economic department, immigration, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, notaries and courts. We do it for you, so nobody in your team spends a morning in a waiting room.
Omar Al Hashimi leads eight PRO officers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Every transaction has a reference number, a fixed fee agreed in advance and a WhatsApp update each time it moves.

Questions about PRO services
What does the monthly package cover?
Up to six transactions a month, such as visa renewals, work permits and establishment card updates, plus a renewal calendar for your company. Government fees are passed on at cost with the receipts.
Can you attest documents issued abroad?
Yes. We coordinate attestation in the issuing country and at the UAE embassy there, then finish it at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here.
Do you need my original documents?
Only where a department insists on them, mostly for attestations. We collect and return them by courier and give you a receipt for each one.
