From AED 12,900, including the licence, registration and our service. One adviser handles it end to end.

What you get

A trade licence in the free zone that fits your activity, a registered company, a flexi-desk or office lease, and your establishment card so visas can start straight away.

We compare zones on cost, activity list, visa quota and banking before recommending one, and put the figures in writing. If the mainland suits you better, we say so: a mainland LLC takes two to three weeks and starts from AED 16,500.

The steps

  1. Day 1

    Activity and zone

We match your activity to the zones that license it and compare the costs.

  2. Day 2

    Trade name

Three name options checked and the best one reserved.

  3. Day 3–6

    Initial approval

Application filed; we answer the authority’s questions for you.

  4. Day 6–8

    Lease and signing

Flexi-desk or office agreed; documents signed online.

  5. Day 8–10

    Licence issued

Licence, certificate and establishment card delivered.

About company setup

Which free zone is cheapest?

It depends on your activity and visa needs. The cheapest licence can cost more once visas and banking are added, so we compare the full first year.

Can I change activity later?

Yes, most zones allow amendments. Some activities need extra approval, which we check before you choose.

Do I need to visit the UAE?

Only for the visa medical and Emirates ID; the licence itself can be done remotely.

Mainland or free zone?

It depends on who your customers are, whether you’ll bid for government work and how many visas you need. Our free zones and mainland guide compares them side by side.
