4 weeks · From AED 38,000
Pricing review
Four weeks to work out what you should charge, who should pay what, and how to tell your existing customers. Fixed fee from AED 38,000.
Who it’s for and what’s in scope
This is for founders whose prices were set at launch and haven’t really moved since. Usually the company has grown to between 20 and 200 people, the sales team discounts more than anyone admits, and nobody is sure whether the cheapest plan is a door in or a leak.
In scope: your plans, packaging, price points, discount rules and the way you move existing customers. Not in scope: billing system changes, a new website or the sales training itself, though I’ll tell you exactly what each needs.
You’ll need to give me access to revenue and usage data, an hour a week of your own time, and introductions to customers, including a few who left.

Questions about the pricing review
Will we lose customers if we raise prices?
Some companies do, most lose far fewer than they fear. We model it customer by customer before you decide, and existing customers usually get notice and a period on their current price.
Do you need access to our financial data?
Yes: revenue by customer, discounts given and, if you have it, product usage. I sign an NDA before you share anything, and the data stays in your systems where possible.
Can you do it faster than four weeks?
Not well. The interviews take two weeks to schedule and run. If you have a deadline, tell me on the intro call and we’ll see what’s honest.
What if we sell in more than one market?
Each extra market or product, Saudi Arabia alongside the UAE for example, adds AED 9,500 and usually a few days. We agree the scope in the proposal, so the fee doesn’t move later.
Thinking about a pricing review?
Book a 30-minute intro call. Tell me what you’re deciding and I’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right way to do it.
