6 weeks · From AED 60,000
Positioning sprint
Six weeks to decide who you’re really for, what you’re up against and how to say it in one sentence. Fixed fee from AED 60,000.
Who it’s for and what’s in scope
This is for companies that have grown past their first customers and now describe themselves three different ways depending on who’s in the room. Sales pitches one thing, the website says another, and the board hears a third.
In scope: who your best customers are, what they would use if you didn’t exist, what makes you different, and the sentence and story your team uses. Not in scope: naming, logo or website design. I hand over a brief your designers and writers can use.
You’ll need to introduce me to ten to fifteen of your best customers, give me two hours a week of your time, and bring your leadership team to the decision session.

We stopped pitching for logos and started being hired to design products. Lena gave us the sentence, and the nerve to use it.
Questions about the positioning sprint
Is this branding?
No. Branding is how you look and sound. Positioning is the decision underneath: who you’re for and why they pick you. I hand the result to your designers or agency.
Who from our team needs to be involved?
You, and whoever leads sales and marketing. The whole leadership team joins the decision session in week five.
Do you talk to our customers yourself?
Yes, every interview. That’s where the useful answers come from, and customers are often more candid with someone outside the company.
What happens if we don’t agree on a direction?
It happens. The decision session is built for it: we lay out the evidence, name the trade-offs and you, as founder, make the call.
