Service
Ongoing compliance
Licence and visa renewals, corporate tax and VAT, and the filings in between, kept on one calendar by the advisor who set you up.
The year after the licence
A UAE company has a steady rhythm of deadlines: tax registrations in the first weeks, VAT returns every quarter once you’re registered, a corporate tax return each year, the licence renewal, the lease, and every visa on its own two-year clock.
Our compliance service puts all of them on one calendar. Six weeks before anything is due, your advisor writes with what’s needed, fills in what we already know and asks only for what we don’t.
We work alongside your accountant if you have one, or introduce you to an independent firm that keeps the books and signs the audit where the law requires it.

Compliance questions
Do I need to register for corporate tax if I make no profit?
Yes. Every UAE company registers, whatever its profit. Late registration carries a fixed penalty of AED 10,000.
Do you do bookkeeping?
No, and we think that’s a strength: we work alongside your accountant, or introduce an independent firm, and keep the deadlines for both of you.
Can I join if Manara didn’t set up my company?
Yes. We start with a review of your licence, visas and registrations, and fix anything that has slipped.
What if I want to close the company?
We handle liquidation and visa cancellations too, in the right order so nobody is left without status.
