Claire Whitmore
Claire moved to Dubai in 2004 to run relocation for an engineering firm, and has helped families settle in the UAE ever since. She joined Manara in 2015 to lead residency, and opened our Riyadh office in 2019 for clients in Saudi Arabia setting up in the UAE.
She handles investor, family and golden visas, and the order they need to happen in, so that nobody is left waiting for a sponsor’s papers.
She speaks English and French, and divides her time between Dubai and our Riyadh office in KAFD.

How Claire works
Claire plans a move backwards from the date your family wants to be settled. She works out which visas come first, which certificates need attesting at home before you fly, and which mornings you’ll need to set aside for medicals.
She is known for the details: medical slots that fit the school run, a vet’s certificate for the dog, and a list of schools with places in the term you arrive.
Areas she’s asked about most: golden visas, sponsoring parents, moving with teenagers, and keeping residency while spending summers abroad.
Claire found medical appointments that fitted around the school run, for four of us, in our first week. Nothing was too small to ask.
